Sister city?

I was reading about St. Augustine, Florida, and have found several similarities to our little town of Eureka Springs. First of all, the town is centered around the arts, with many local artists and art enthusiasts. Every month, they host the First Friday Weekend Art Walk which is a free tour of all the art galleries in town on the first Friday of the month from 5pm to 9pm. They even offer free parking, a free sight-seeing train, and trolley tour. Eureka Springs has art walks as well, but I'm sure the St. Augustine Artwalk is much bigger.

I would like to visit St. Augustine especially since it is the oldest city in the United States. There must be some really amazing architecture to see. The fact that this event is free of charge, with many different modes of complimentary transportation to get people around is what interests me the most. In Eureka Springs, the trolley prices have just gone up and are now out of reach for most residents to use on a regular basis. The sight-seeing train also costs money, and it would be really nice if both would give complimentary rides during our artwalks.

We will definitely visit St. Augustine some time, especially since we have friends and relatives that have recently moved to northern Florida that we could visit at the same time.
