Santa at Holiday Inn

The local Holiday Inn Express has Santa available for kids to visit every weekend in December, Thursday through Saturday 4-7pm. We went last Friday before the parade. I was very impressed with the display. I expected him to just be sitting in the lobby, but they actually had a whole meeting room decorated like a "Winter Wonderland" with fake snow covering the ground, animated creatures, Christmas trees, and lots of lights and decorations.

When we walked in, the kids just looked all around and said, "ooooohhhh" and "aaaahhhhhh." It was really cute. After they talked to Santa, they got candy canes and a packet of Christmas coloring pages. I would recommend it to families who want to visit Santa without fighting the mall crowds and hoopla.
