Why Moms never get sick...

Since we have to take care of the rest of the family when they are sick, us moms never seem to get sick ourselves. Or when we do, it is never as severe as everyone else and we recover quicker. Although I hate to be sick, it is really tough to care for the whole family and keep up with the housework and meals and everything else.

It is also very tiring since sleep at night is very limited during "sick" times. There's always a kid that needs you or someone coughing and keeping you awake. Anyway, my family is all sick right now and I just wanted to vent a little... Maybe today I can actually take a nap while the little one is taking his nap.
