Las Vegas vacation

Personally, I have never been to Las Vegas. Lots of our relatives visit there regularly and they love it, but it's just not my cup of tea. Maybe when the kids are older I would consider going with my husband, but right now is not the time. I was thinking that for people who visit Las Vegas often, why not buy a house or condo and operate it like a time-share among family members and friends. Or you could rent it out when you are not there by hiring a manging company in the area. With 5,000 people moving to Las Vegas each month, the real estate is burning hot right now.

One website that I found advertised on PPP has lots of Las Vegas homes, condos, and rentals listed. They also have a blog about Las Vegas Real Estate and pictures of the area for people to check out before they visit. Overall, the site is laid out well and is easy to navigate.
