Speaking of seasonal homes, if you are interested in a warm climate for spending the winter - Scottsdale, Arizona has many properties for sale right now that are very reasonable. As I said before, my aunt and uncle go to Arizona during the winters, but they live in their camper. Scottsdale Condos could be an option for them. They could purchase a condo and stay there in the winter, but rent it out during the summer while they are in Colorado.
