Good customer service...

...is getting harder and harder to find these days. You have to jump through all kinds of hoops just to get the service you should get anyway. No one stands behind their product or service anymore, and no one is accountable for anything. I haven't had a recent bad experience, but just in general customer service has really gone downhill.

One big annoyance is when you try to call a company for help and all their representatives barely speak English. I think it's great that people move to America and can find jobs, but I wish the people that take the phone calls could speak clear English. Sometimes the phone call takes twice as long because you have to ask them to repeat or even spell what they are saying. That means longer wait times for other callers.

Anyway, I'm just saying I wish customer service in general was better and you could trust people to represent their company/product with pride.
