The new librarian
I am excited to start working part-time at our lovely Carnegie Public Library here in Eureka Springs. I'm sure many people applied for the job, since it is one of those truly "local" jobs that doesn't cater to tourists.
Job openings don't happen often at the library, as the current employees love their jobs and hang onto them forever. I'm honored to be chosen and I'm excited to meet more Eurekans and hopefully make some new friends!

AWESOME!!!! I am so excited for you! I think you will really enjoy working at the library - I can totally picture it! Not that you are a typical librarian-type (not at all!) but you are smart, intellectual woman who is well-poised with some "pizazz"! I think the local library is going to benefit greatly from having someone with your intellect and creativity! Congratulations! Pat yourself on the back - you really deserve it! :)
